[KHJ] love (him) like this (in TM)

me met some fellow green peas for dinner and drinks tonight. hehe, yea, got home pretty late, 4am...? still surfing, still blogging, oops!

anyway, will make this a quick one, since i do have to sleep. the green peas amongst you would know that the boys' first comeback was supposed to be on KBS music bank last friday evening, but music bank was cancelled coz of some live baseball game. so yea, the boys made their first comeback appearance last saturday on MBC's music core instead.

but... hehe, they appeared on music bank today!! thanks for uploading, shirbogurl21!

gotta say shirbogurl21 has been such a gem when it comes to uploading and sharing the boys' clips. to describe her speed as lightning speed is probably appropriate. and i learnt from liezle's blog that shirbogurl21 has sacrificed her sleep so as to bring fellow fans the latest clips. much thanks!

believe me, i can completely understand how time-consuming surfing around, downloading, uploading, reading, replying.... can be. and, i'm in the same boat as liezle here, in that i haven't actually gotten around to watching all the clips. gosh, the news, clips, pics and what-have-yous are popping up faster than i can say double-s-5-0-1...!!

anyway, here's the compilation of the boys' appearance on music bank today (2009.10.30). yea, this clip is the compilation of their dance intro, performance of LLT, and also their receiving of the second spot in the music bank countdown. aigoo.... was actually hoping that the boys would get the top spot!

and there's another great clip to share today! yay! the latest CF for tony moly is out. it's out, it's out, it's out!!! and it's (*bb swallows.....) H.A.W.T.

but before that, let me just repost the posters released by tony moly first.

same, major hotness. yea, like everyone else, me wondering how on earth does a guy get such great skin? and hehe, me gonna convince myself to believe that the pic with the gal was taken separately, and then PS'ed.

here's the clip. thanks for sharing, marvie0701!

if you thought the clip looked kindda familiar, it's because i'd posted the BTS interview here. will just repost that particular clip here again to make things easier for everyone. it was shown on entertainment relay, and it's a lovely one to watch. thanks much much for the subs, iBreatheLifeMusic!

and... if you know me like you know me, surely you would know that i like my blog postings in a rather orderly and systematic manner. so since i'm posting tony moly, have gone to dig out some old tony moly CFs to share with you. it's a great time to review, since there have been quite some changes in leader's hairstyle, image, style and the overall outward appearance over this period of time.

this was the last one right before the lights-on-lights-off version.... it's sorta still the BOF hairdo era. thanks for sharing, hoonfami!

here's the corresponding interview during that filming, and the clip was aired in march 2009. thanks for sharing, yyy148!

going further back... this one's released in nov 2008, uploaded and shared by hyunie501. used to be my fave, until the latest lights-on-lights-off version, hehe! i suppose you could refer to this as the WGM shillang era!

muishiessi has shared the corresponding BTS interview clip. another lovely one to watch!

this one's from the earlier part of 2008, i suppose. it's the BTS clip as well, but abit blurry... and i'm much too beat to go search for a clearer version, or the corresponding CF. and this clip's courtesy of yyy148.

another BTS clip of tony moly CF shooting, and this one's from 2007. it appeared on wide news entertainment, and was uploaded and shared by WWloveHJ.

last, but definitely not the least is one from 2007.01.27, a mighty interesting interview clip also of leader from a tony moly CF shooting set. however, quainte501 has disallowed embedding outside of YT. if you haven't watched this, i strongly urge you to, coz it talks abit about how leader used to find his smile awkward and stuff.

have fun with the tony moly clips!

p.s. on the side, i sure hope leader and the boys' contract with DSP are lots, lots, lots fairer than the DBSK one with SM.

[non BYJ] boring AND serious ramblings

i know, i know... i didn't keep my word. i was supposed to blog earlier, but i didn't. i was supposed to blog YJ, and i posted about the boy. sorry, sorry.

don't ask me what i was up to since i came back from tokyo. to be honest, i've absolutely no idea too, i only know that i've been terribly busy. i've said before that it's time-consuming to lead a normal lifestyle of a city girl cum BYJ fangirl cum BYJ blogger, but by george, it's near impossible to manage more than that and still be able to have decent sleep.

really.

i mean, i'm a leader fan, this part is obvious. and i'm also part of the ultra-small committee running the SG TripleS fanclub. and i had no idea at all that it was going to keep me this busy. i guess part of the reason is because the boys are having their asia tour and they're having their comeback with that REBIRTH mini album... so there're plenty of activities. plus, the fanclub is so young, and there're plenty to do.

okie, okie, the real real real reason why i'm so busy is because of me. ya, ultimately, it boils down to me, my personality.

i've long realised that no matter what job i keep, i will be busy. it's my nature to want to cover all grounds, to make informed decisions, and to also ensure that there's sufficient paper trail and that if i were not around, someone else would know how to carry on with the work. this means that when i make a decision, i either will share the decision-making process with at least one other person, or i will pen the process and rationale in some document so that whoever takes over my work has something to check back on.

yea, i ALWAYS work on the basis that no one is indispensable. me, included.

so it has always been important to me that information is passed down, and knowledge is transferred. this also means that my work does not end when my work ends. to me, my work will end only if i've made sure that at least one other person knows how to do the work i do, or at least understand why i've come to make the decision i did. yea, so it's more work than what an average person will do.

see, the trouble is i can't see to rid this habit even when i'm part of the fanclub committee. and when i post announcements or share info with the members, i try to be as clear and thorough as i can. and sometimes, i'm even guilty of managing the fanclub like a business. email or PMs have to be replied within one, max two, working days. setting prices for merchandise will have to involve cross-referencing what other blogshops and fansites are charging, blah blah blah....

yea, this means alot of involvement and yea, a helluva load of work.

see, the trouble with me is.... if i bochap (this is the singapore colloquial way of saying 'don't care' or 'can't be bothered'), then i bochap all the way, and don't want the details of things. but if my name is up there in the committee, then it's a different story.

if my name is up there, then it has to be something good, something that i can be proud of. so i can't simply just pretend i didn't see the gaping lobangs or just pretend the problems or issues ain't there. and the other 'problem' with me is when i solve problems, i go ALL the way to the root. yea, that also means more time to investigate, to solve, and to put in preventive measures. and ya, HAVE TO make sure at least one other person in the committee knows that too.

and yea, i do admit i can be quite confident (cocky?) sometimes. not ALL the time, i do know my own strengths and weaknesses fairly well, and i'm confident enough to tell you what i do good, and what i don't. so in areas that i know for a fact that i'm good at, i can be quite insistent in terms of how i want things to be done. the format, the process.... ya....

but, of course, when it comes to things i know i ain't good at, i tend to stay away, like taking care of bulk purchases, tallying orders against amount collected, oh, i royally detest doing stuff like that. yea, despite the fact that i actually have a rather clear mind that's quite handy when it comes to doing accounting related stuff. in fact, my transcripts say i've gotten HDs in all my accounting related subjects, haha! but i just hate doing it. so stuff like this, i don't get involved... merchandise is handled by another person in the team.

even though it's (just) a fanclub, i maintain my usual standards, and still won't accept mediocrity, and i still don't suffer fools gladly. i'm much too serious about this for my own good. i'm guessing to some extent, it also makes me difficult to work with, coz i seem to fuss over details and all that jazz.

but that said, coz i'm incredibly involved in the SG TripleS forum, and well, i did do all the initial setup and settings on my own (after my dear friend helped me to upload and bring the forum alive....), i also created all the sections, decided on how to enable member registration. hey, i even manually turned over 100 fanclub members from yellow to green! even now, i dare say i'm practically the (only?) global moderator on the forum.

coz i'm so active, (yea, i just crossed 1,000 posts on the forum and i contribute like 8-10% of the total number of posts on the forum) i guess it's inevitable that members would come to me when they have issues. nay, it's not because i'm friendly, approachable or smart, it's just because i'm there.

but can you imagine the sort of questions i get ALL the time? questions like how to sign up for fanclub membership, when are the boys coming, will their mini albums be released in singapore... even how to watch TV online, how to create avatars and signatures.... and when the fanclub has activities, i even get questions like how to take a bus there, and can i call you if i get lost...

and mind you, all these questions still come despite me saying REPEATEDLY do not PM me.

on my good days, i point them to the right direction and i tell myself i want my life back.

on my bad days, i get pissed with all these questions and i still tell myself i want my life back.

i miss surfing aimlessly.... i actually have varied interests, and i used to love browsing tech blogs, fashion blogs, beauty blogs, interior design blogs, marketing & branding sites. in fact, i miss reading the papers and also just picking up a book and start reading. i don't even watch TV anymore; granted, i never watch much TV to begin with, although i do enjoy CNA.

i really really really want my life back.

i mean, i can't even call myself a true blue SS501 fan. yea, the boys are cute and all that, but do i really want to devote my time to fangirling about them? nay, i don't think so. i guess it's very clear to me at this point that i'm really just a leader fan, although i do enjoy seeing all of them acting like dorks and horsing around. but if you just give me four of them minus leader, nope, i wouldn't be very interested to watch them. but if you give me just leader, yea, i'm willing to sit through hours just to watch him.

so to call myself a green pea princess would be stretching the truth abit far. at most, yea, i'm a princess, but i'm pink and i'm definitely no pea....

if i were a real SS501 fan, i think i would be willing to compromise and give abit of my time to fangirl about them, and to help manage the fanclub. but to ask me to give up so much of my time for a boy-band that i don't qualify as a fan for... hmmm... that really is a different story. don't get me wrong, i really do like the boys, but just not soooooo... much that i would call myself a diehard fan. yea, i would probably sign up as a fanclub member, but to be a committee member... that certainly requires more thinking.

if you didn't know before, i didn't really want to be one. a committee member, i mean. my intention was just to help do the initial setup, pass some knowledge down to the dongseungs and to help identify suitable members to join the committee, and once that done, i'm out of there.

but surprisingly, the fanclub did and is still doing far better than expected. we now have over 1,800 members on the forum, and mind you, the forum only opened in early august, so we're talking about 1,800 members in just three months. in fact, not even three full months yet.

so the amount of work was more than anticipated. i really didn't expect the forum to have this many members in such a short span of time. so it's taking alot more of my time than i'd initially bargained for.

so now how...?

ya, now is the time to pass down whatever it is that i do in the fanclub to other people. now is the time to push for the team to quickly identify and invite a few more members to join them on the committee. now is the time to leave it to the dongseung, since the unni cannot be with her forever, ya?

but hey, i may leave the committee, but i'm still an unni. so if my dong-seung needs me, i will be there.

and hopefully, i get my life, my blog (and yes, my sleep!!) back very very very soon.

p.s. lest you're thinking i've ignored other important parts of my life, you thought wrong. i'm still spending time with my friends and my family....

the thing is... in order to keep up with everything, i sleep alot less, and i don't blog.

[KHJ] Love Like This - MV

to complete the 'story', guess i have to post the Love Like This MV since i'd posted the teaser.

gotta say the MV was not terribly creative or original. what's the story? errr... don't think there's one? the backdrop, the props, everything... errr... mediocre and pretty predictable...?

i even thought it's obvious that they either had no money or no time, or worse, both...? now seriously, i believe they were probably under (time) pressure to release this, so... hmmm...

thank god the boys still look good, and once we glue our eyes to the boys, the rest, well, doesn't really matter.

at least i am happy enough to see leader. and yea, i can even try and ignore the distractingly ugly tattoo tops.

anyway.... thanks for uploading, JKpopSubs10!

[HJL] comeback stage!

gotta post THESE!

SS501 is back!!!! their first two performances were on MBC's music core yesterday (sat), and KBS' inkigayo today (sun).

on music core, the boys donned red and white and performed Love Like This.

love love love how they started the song. each of them actually did a letter of the word LOVE. baby with L, kyu with O, young saeng with V, jung min with E, and the best-est.... leader literally popped up and did a LOVE sign!!

thanks for sharing, CodeMonmonSeason4

on inkigayo, the boys performed two songs live. they did Just One Day first, all decked out in suits in the colours of black, white and gray. all of them looked like they hadn't slept for days and days; yea, they were all sporting the panda-eyes look, haha!

for the second song, they did Love Like This. hehe, they didn't wear the red and white again. instead, they were in different variants of a white suit with a nude-colored tatto inner-shirts that none of the green peas seemed to like. i was just grateful that leader was given the least awful of the five suits, haha!

thanks for sharing, CodeMonmonSeason3

gotta say his shorter hairdo's totally growing on me. i really really really love how his fringe's swept up to reveal his nice forehead. he looked sharper, smarter and more alert. i like it.

can't wait for the MV for Love Like This to be released. soon now, soon....

p.s. yea, he cracked in one of the songs. oopsies!

[KHJ] Love Like This - MV teaser

yay, the teaser for Love Like This MV is out!

it's out, it's out, it's out!!

thanks for sharing,

[non BYJ] a PM that i can't answer

the SS501 fans amongst you might have heard about the leak.... hee, bae-fans, don't be 'scared off', this ain't really a SS501 post, although it stems from an experience with the boys.

yea, the boys were supposed to have the mini album Rebirth out yesterday. but a day before the official release, the songs were leaked. yea, they were put up on youtube, some with download links and all that... some triple s were frantically tracking all the sites and blogs and youtubers and doing their best to get these people to take down the links. happy to say that quite a few did have their links removed, some voluntarily and some forced to remove.

but... on that day, we heard fellow fans saying things like 'why can't these people wait just one more day?'...

that actually set me thinking a little. there are really two issues here.

one is about the leak.

and the other? well, it's about were the fans saying that it's A-okay to post the clips and links once the album's out? so it's okay to put up the download links so long as the album's out? i think the crux of the issue is, really, our respect for intellectual property, isn't it? these days, it's so easy to just click and save...

even when there's no direct MP3 download link, it's still possible to save the youtube clip into a .flv file and then convert that into an MP3. there're so many different ways to download, so many different ways to convert... and searching for things is also so easy... (ahhh... search engines are really smart these days!)

anyway, what triggered this entry is a PM that i received last night. mind you, this came from a 15-year-old gal who's a member on the SgTripleS fanclub. and some 24 hours later, i'm still stumped as to how on earth to answer her.

here's her PM, i hope she doesn't mind that i repost it here:

Hey bb,

just wondering, are people allowed to actually put the songs on Youtube?

Even though there's no dl link or what not. I mean, there are still websites that can convert the vids into mp3 and then that'll be illegal dl-ing already right?

Cause someone posted the songs on youtube....
(YT links to green peas & obsess omitted...) Kinda skeptical about all this now cause, yknow, kinda unfair for those that actually went to BUY the albums and painstakingly saved money for it and stuff, but people are getting free dl-ed music online ><

sometimes i think i complicate things myself. is it a straightforward question to you? how come i've a feeling she's really asking me an issue that has to do with the legal framework for internet usage and also about moral values?

i was going to think about it abit before i reply her.

then today, since the boys' Rebirth album's out, someone started a new post on the forum and put up the youtube clips to the new songs. now coz the fanclub is so bloody new, there's no precedent whatsoever. i saw the post, and my first inclination was to delete it.

then i stopped myself... for the 501th time since joining the fanclub, i had to hold myself back. this is not MY fanclub. it was not started by me and therefore not set up with my beliefs and value systems. besides, there're paying members as well, i suppose it's either a case of the presidents of the fanclub making a decision, or we let the members decide. who do i think i am to set the rules, right?

so i did the 'right' thing like any good, well-mannered and respectful committee member (CM) should do. i texted the president and also the other two CMs about the matter. basically, i just thought the fanclub should at least have a stand.

seems like they all thought it's okay to allow the youtube clips to be posted.

then okay, that youtube post stays then.

maybe what i've always suspected is true. the problem is really ME. perhaps i was making a mountain out of a molehill. like what i'd said in my previous post, sometimes i wonder if i wonder too much.

now if you ask me if i'm okay with the decision to allow youtube clips of the new songs on the forum... my answer would be 'yea, i'm okay to accept the decision, no biggie.'

but if i were to run the club, then i would want it to be a fanclub with a conscience (and hopefully, with a difference too!) if i were to run the forum, i would probably allow clips normally, but not for new releases and new albums.

for new albums and releases, i would probably disallow embedding and posting links of clips to these new songs on the forum for the first two weeks following the initial release. of course, the exception would be the official MVs for the songs.

of course one might argue that it doesn't help much in stopping the uploaders and downloaders since everyone can easily search online for the clips. sure, they can.

but a fanclub is not just any club, isn't it? if we're set up to support the artist or the group, do we really want to make it so easy for people to locate the links and just click SAVE? and... even if we might not change the world, but if it can make a difference to just one young mind, then i'm prepared to do it.

remember the starfish story? a man was walking along the beach and he saw many, many, many starfish being washed ashore. he set out to pick up the starfish one by one and put them back into the water, one by one.... another man came along and asked the first man why he's even bothering to do that, since he would never be able to save all of them.

'well, even if i can't save every starfish, it would make a difference to this one,' the first man replied as he pointed to the one starfish in his palm.

well, i know i'm a noona fan myself, but the majority of SS501 fans are young and impressionable. whilst the fanclub is not the platform to be teaching them good things, i certainly wouldn't want MY fanclub to be the place to teach them the not-so-good things.

i guess the right message should be leaking of the songs is wrong.

and... illegal downloading of songs is also wrong, no matter if you do it before or after the release of the album. and referring back to the contents of the young lady's PM... i guess we can't change the world, and we can't control the actions of other people. but we CAN change ourselves, and we do have control over OUR OWN actions.

so it's really up to each and individual of us what kind of person we want to be, right?

the fact that many people are doing it does not make it right. and the fact that you can do it doesn't mean you have to, right? so yea, even if you can download the song into your pc so easily, it doesn't mean you have to. it all depends on what sort of person you want to be.

and... is it too soon to tell the young lady that nothing, really, is fair in this world?

and have you ever thought about why we expect the world to be fair? no one has really told us that, right? so where did the notion come from? it's never fair. the very fact that we all are born with different personalities, different IQ levels, different strengths and weaknesses, into different families, blah blah blah... already tells you that life's not fair. if you go through life expecting it to be fair, then i'm sorry, you're gonna end up sorely disappointed.

but if you think you've it bad, believe me, there will always be someone in a worse-off situation than you. so, is life, then, fair to that someone worse-off? so don't complain, and just take the good with the bad, and try to make your life a happy one, and your existence a meaningful one.

does this post have a point? nope, it doesn't. i've a PM that i can't answer, and i'm just blogging about it, that's all.

sorry... this is really a rambling post.

[KHJ] persona taiwan, part II

since i've done part I, i might as well wrap up part II.

and for those bae fans out there, yea, there're only two parts. then i will move on to bae-blogging, k? or at least that's the plan. trouble is these days, plans get changed even before i can say double-s-o-gong-il... haha!

but seriously, may take sometime before i can post the tokyo trip report though. i took over a thousand pics and i need to select which ones to include in my trip report, and then i will also need to resize them and also to 'stamp' my name on them... yea, that's about the most hated part of doing trip reports for me.... but at least once i'm done with this post, i can start to catch up on bae-news first. quite a few fab interviews were out for the past two weeks. am sure you've read them already, so have i. but they're really good ones, and although late, i still wanna post them 'for the record'.

since you've already waited sometime for me, just bear with me awhile longer, k? i will try to work on the tokyo trip pics as quickly as i can. and hehe, the plan is to post my trip report before wuri yong joon's next work is completed *bb winks*

back to the topic on hand... gotta post some of leader's pics from persona taipei, and again these fab pics are courtesy of blondie!

this second (and last) part is mostly of a wet leader, hehe! yea, they did the same water ritual at the encore part of the taipei concert too.... one small difference is that this time around, they even prepared snickers chocolate bars to throw at the fans...!

he looks good in this one! hehe, kindda reminds me of the DK beverage ad... he doesn't seem to even need airbrushing or PS to look good huh?

hehe, kindda cute that just moments ago, he was sexy as hell doing the jittjoong, and the next, he's this mischievous boy-next-door who's splashing water at the fans... (now if only boys next door really come in such pretty packages!!)

noticed that the white persona tees don't have TAIPEI on them? the seoul ones had SEOUL on 'em...

oh, that beautiful, beautiful jawline again!

nice one... abit of a 'smoky' effect for whatever reason, but nice!

leader sticking out his tongue... could this be the moment when he splashed water at the main control station? if you haven't read that cute little story, you should! click here to read.

another nice one... lovely lips there, hehe!

ah.... am running out of words to describe how goodlooking this boy is!! the princess thinks she can just look at him forever! okie, okie, but not continuously, okie? i've gotta spare some time for wuri yong joon too, you know!

can you see that his earstuds are actually those of skulls...? nice! me too like stuff with skull designs!

no no no no no, just in case you're thinking i'm saying it coz leader likes it
(and wuri yong joon's been spotted with skull stuff too)... i've always had a thing for skulls. but i don't fancy them too dark and too scary, i like them with abit of bling bling, and yes, hehe, preferably pink too! or just add some softer angle to it... i love the contrast of something hard like a skull being 'dressed up' glam!

and oh, gotta digress at this point. remember i was in tokyo just last week? well, most of shops were selling halloween stuff, and oh boy, there're so many skull-stuff! and the best-est thing about it is that in japan (the land of hello kitty and princessy pinkish stuff), there're skull stuff for princesses who adores pink! yea, they've nice, feminine ones! i'll show you in my tokyo trip report, k?

and oh... as old as i am (yes, i AM aware that i'm really really really really really old... so you don't have to remind me), i still love girlish stuff. hehe, i've always been open about how girlish (okie, okie, childish....) my taste and preferences are... and guess you shouldn't be surprised lah. this is, after all, coming from someone who calls herself princess, haha!

anyway, i really heart these headgear stuff that leader's wearing here!

when i was in japan, i even bought a headband that comes with two pink furry 'devil' ears that light up!! keke, the lights are pink too! what on earth am i gonna do with these pink devil's ears? where on earth am i gonna wear them to? i've absolutely no idea, but i just HAD TO buy them!!

want a pair of mickey and minnie ears too! in fact, i saw one headband with minnie's ears when i was in disneyland, but it came with a bridal veil, so i didn't get that one...

okie, okie, back to leader... i think he's wearing his headgear backwards...? or maybe it can be worn both ways. the way he's wearing in the pic below, you can see his name from the back, and it's cute black mickey mouse's ears from the front!

oh so adorable!!!

turn around, leader, turn around!

hee, see the rabbit headgear he's holding in his hand? wanna make a guess whose head it eventually ended up on...?

here, the front...

bad leader splashing (pouring?) water again!

i know he did the jittjoong before the encore.

yea, even an old woman like me know what an encore is, you know, haha! but i wanted to save these for last.

his solo performance was still please be good to me, but he'd changed the execution abit. he's wearing shirt, tie and a jacket, instead of just a black tank and a jacket like in seoul and tokyo. so it left the fans wondering if he's gonna rip it off...

he didn't disappoint!!

he did, he did, he did!

but the good thing about taipei was that he's smoother and slicker in his dance moves, and... thunderous thighs didn't render any assistance to rip his top!!! YAY!!!

and... coz he's smoother and slicker, he came across as very confident and he was just yummylicious to watch!! and he didn't quite take off his shirt entirely, he just left it unbuttoned and towards the end, he shrugged the shirt off....

nice, great move nicely executed. i think it's sexier and manlier this way, less in-your-face, less deliberate. but i still wanna see flesh, haha!

btw you really should check out the thread i'd started on the forum. not only will you get to relive the 'near-live' concert experience, there're also lots of clips there. click here.

okie, that's it... two leaders' pic spamming posts in an evening. sorry to have made the leader fans go through the same pics again (am sure you've already seen them somewhere else), but i just love this batch too much to pass them up. thanks for putting up with me, ya?

and.... i'd mentioned in the post before this that i'm gonna share some dorky clips of the boys, ya? will share three... quite fun to watch, so here goes!

here's one of the boys playing in the studio when they were on youngstreet radio a few years ago, shared by WWloveHJ.

still on youngstreet radio, but trying to sing WARNING live.

lord, their 'fan chants' are so funny! and nay, it's just for entertainment, definitely not the best source of material if you're trying to learn the fan chants for their concert
...

and this clip's courtesy of
heart2heart.

want more? okie, will give you more dorky boys with their dorky ways! this one's a compilation. thanks for uploading, ilovedoubles501.

[KHJ] persona taipei, part I

okay, i swear i will start blogging about wuri yong joon soon. really, really, really soon, like two posts later.

hehe, why am i so sure it's just two posts? coz i just need to post these leader pics from persona taipei. he just looks sooooo.... good! don't ask me how the fans managed to take such great pics. probably a combination of great seats, great camera, great skills with a huge dash of good luck too (that the staff weren't anywhere near them to 'catch' them, hehe!)

anyway, the fans' hard stealth work is always our 'gain'... not sure about you, but i for sure can't be flying everywhere the boys go to. yea, leader, no matter what you say, i can't. no matter how willing the heart and the soul are, i just can't and won't. i'm the occasional dreamer, i'll give you that, but i don't throw money away. yea, this means i don't just buy an airticket, book my hotel, buy concert ticket and just zip off to watch the boys.

when i do go somewhere to see the boys (or even wuri yong joon), i always try to make sure it's a holiday too. yea, i'm not such a fanatic of anyone, yet. so... you have yet to see me arrange my travel schedule such that i arrive and depart somewhere on the same day as the boys so that i can 'gatecrash' them at the restricted areas at the airport.

keke, i'm 'sane' and rational in that sense. and i hardly look back much... even when my fellow fans have the chance to see them really close up when they 'stalk' like that. now don't get me wrong, there's no right or wrong in this aspect, to each his or her own. these are just different approaches and different ways of doing things. i tend not to get overly obsessed about things or people.

sometimes i think it's just the way i am. i was just telling someone i think i'm too 'cold'.

bu but but, i did get excited seeing gorgeous pics like these! thanks for sharing these, blondie!

the boys' costumes for the opening of the taipei concert are the same as the seoul and tokyo ones. they opened deja vu with and then sang unlock. understand that they didn't 'fly' down onto the stage in taipei like they did in seoul though.

the green of the lightstick cast a rather lovely hue over the pic, don't you think...?

another one...

i kindda like how fierce leader sometimes looks when he's totally caught up in his dancing on-stage. he looks so focused and strong, the commanding presence is something very very different from the cute boy appeal he emits when he breaks into that megawatt smile.

another fierce one... i like i like i like!

you know, ever since we started the SgTripleS forum, it's kept me rather busy. and it's also led to the rather expected and natural situation of me posting less about leader and the rest of the boys here on my blog. at first it's intentional, as i had the thinking of wanting to separate the man (wuri yong joon) and the boys, keeping this more for the man, and moving the boys to the forum.

but with time, i'm slowly missing my blog.

yea, other than not having been able to find time to blog about my tokyo trip and also to update on wuri yong joon's news, i'm missing blogging about leader here too. yea, somehow the tone and contents when i post on the forum and when i blog on my own blog are different. here, it's my own space, and i don't feel apologetic for sprouting nonsense and for drooling and rambling all i want. it is, after all, my own space and i don't owe anyone any explanation. so it's more 'no holds barred'.

but on the forum... although no one's stopping me, i somehow restrain myself and don't ramble as much. hehe, people on the forum might disagree though, coz i'm kindda famous (or is it infamous?) for my ultra-long posts. if they're reading this now, they're probably thinking, 'gosh, if that's restrained writing, can't imagine unrestrained!!'

here, i tend to share more feelings and thoughts.... i don't even plan what i want to blog about. i just start and my fingers will take over. but over there on the forum, each post seems to need a purpose, and although my posts are long, they're less 'rambling', if you know what i mean.

so pardon me if i'm doing a super-long one now. am missing this feeling of being able to just 'blog my heart out'...

ah... the backview...

gotta be honest... haha, sometimes i wonder why i say that... i'm always honest anyway, so....?

leader is a teeny weeny bit too lean for my liking. although he has a taut and toned physique (better in seoul and tokyo than now though, hope he 'eats' his way back into my heart, haha!), i would really prefer abit more bulk. just abit will do.

i like guys with broad shoulders and a relatively thick chest (but not overly so hor...); somehow guys like that give a feel that they're dependable, and would make a great haven in times of trouble. you know, it's like the world out there can get as messy and chaotic as it wants, but once enveloped in those arms, it's all safe and nice and warm. you know the (imagined) feeling of time standing still, and there's just you, him and your heartbeats...?

yea, yea, princess, dream on...

anyway, leader doesn't give me these feelings (yet).... abit too lean and frail... beef up and strengthen up, get fleshier, leader!!

haha, the angle!! doesn't it look like she's touching his butt?

i want i want i want...!

hey, first time i see this dancer captured close-up and so clearly...

she's way prettier than the one with the thunderous thighs, ya? hehe, call me crazy, but i've always adored gals with smaller eyes like hers... smoky...!! and she's got a nicer body too.

hmmm... i'm seriously glad they kept thunderous thigh for his solo in taipei, i hope they continue with this thunderous arrangement for the rest of the persona concerts. sorry arh, but do i really want to see some pretty young thing with endless legs hold him and touch him so intimately on-stage?

nay, i don't think so...

so, thunderous thighs can and should stay, YAY!

nice hair!! her, not him.... hehe, kindda makes me wonder if keeping a fringe would make me look younger, and this hot...!

ahhh.... her legs are quite nice!

nice, flying hair! hehe, all gals with long hair should hire someone to follow them everywhere and blow the fan upwards so that our hair can fly crazy-sexy like this!!

gosh, wonder what products and treatment she uses to keep her hair in such nice condition...

then again, why on earth do i want to know that for?

me a lazybum and don't do anything except to wash my hair everyday, hehe! yea, i don't do those weekly deep conditioning mask thingy that most gals do, and i also can't be bothered to visit the salon for regular treatment sessions like every other gal. i find visiting the salon troublesome and way too time-consuming. i'd much rather sleep. okie, okie, let me change that.... i'd much rather surf, haha!

and yes, this explains why my hair is THIS long. i just can't be bothered to go trim it. after all, it grows so quickly, and when i do go for a haircut, no one seems to notice. so, why bother?

not many guys look this good in shiny fuschia, i've gotta say!

blue's good, blue's good!

i thought he looks really nice in this one!

actually, he looks really nice in all of the pics, doesn't he?

you know how i've always said wuri yong joon is not photogenic? i still maintain that. he really really really looks way better in person. and wuri yong joon is also a godzillion times better looking when in motion than in stills.

but with leader, it's quite different. not sure how the others feel, but i think he's photogenic. it's pretty obvious (to me, anyway) that the camera adores him. and in person, hmmm.... i think he kindda looks exactly the same as he does on the screen and on photos.

those of you who have seen leader in person, what are your thoughts? better looking in person? better looking on the screen and photos? or same goodlooking?

and i adore too how he looks when totally engrossed in his singing. he looks like he's truly happy performing on-stage in this one.

you know, these five boys ain' the best boy group around, they ain't the best in vocals and whether or not they're best-looking is also subjective. but i've never said i like them coz they sing well or anything like that. the truth is i like these boys coz they're cute and dorky. i like how natural and real they come across, and how unpretentious they are, even when attending events and all that... (will share some clips in the next post just to show you how dorky these boys can get!)

he appears to have such good skin, ya?

and yea, he's probably one of those who's born with it, definitely not maybelline, haha! (geez, now i keep having that jingle playing in my head.... maybe she's born with it, maybe it's maybelline!)

the princess likes the next two pics... the composition of the picture's quite nice, ya? the bending of the head, the lone figure donned in black and white set against the background... nice!

and then he smiles...

it's been awhile since i type these words... yea, when this boy smiles, he can light up an entire city.

that's why on the night of 17th oct 2009, one corner of the taipei city was especially brilliant...

i've always loved it when the camera captures him at this particular angle. the jawline's just great, don't you think? and the curve of this smile... and he's gotta top it off with an outfit that shows us abit of his skin too. nice, very nice!

looks nice like this too!

keke, that's it for part I.

can't really post all these and say all these on the forum. somehow 'commentaries' like these don't seem to sit too well on forums, ya? these seem more blog-appropriate, or maybe it's just me. somehow i feel forum is a public place, and people go there to get updates and to check out new info, new pics and new clips. they didn't go there to read what i think...

but if it's my blog, it's a different matter. it's mine. if you like it, you come; and if you don't, you just don't come. and since it's my personal space, you would expect that some of the postings would be my own thoughts, so you sort of come into this space knowing what you're gonna be reading... yea, my thoughts. so i ain't imposing on you.

but on the forum, i don't feel as 'free', as i don't wanna impose my own thoughts on you since you're there mainly to read about the boys' latest, and not to read MY latest, hehe!

so how huh? it now seems like having that forum is not exactly the most perfect of platform for me to spazz and drool about leader leh... and, i sometimes even have to remind myself that it's a SS501 forum, and not a leader forum...

yea, i also know that alot of all these are in my own head. no one has said anything about it, and i suppose these are my own 'rules', as i too would not want someone to treat the forum as though it's their blog... sometimes i wonder if i wonder too much, haha!
